ANN HUNTZINGER ROBERSON
DONE AND DONE founder, Ann Huntzinger Roberson, honed her leadership and managerial skills during a 22-year career than began as a member of the Medical Corps with the U.S. Air Force. This segued into a position as organ donation coordinator and administrator at Wilford Hall, where she earned national certification and ultimately held a position unique within the Department of Defense Medical Corps.
Ann’s innate ability to multi-task and problem solve in this critical, fast-paced clinical setting led to her final role in the corporate arena as the Director of Operations, New Mexico Donor Services. As a nationally recognized leader in the field of organ donation, Roberson was relied upon as the “go-to” person for her expertise in Quality Management.
In 2010, Ann returned to her roots in Texas, ready to realize her dream of owning and operating her own business. It was while helping her sister, an attorney, during an exceptionally busy time, that Roberson experienced her “ah-ha” moment: why not parlay her experience as an extra “right hand” into a full time service? Thus, DONE AND DONE became a reality.
