What is the origin of the Concierge?
The French word ”concierge,” literally translated, means “keeper of the keys.” In the Middle Ages, concierges were the administrators of estates, acting on behalf of the owner. Their chief responsibility was to make sure traveling guests had all needs met during their stay at the manor.

What is your service area coverage?
DONE AND DONE serves the greater San Antonio area including Bexar, Kendall, and Comal counties. Service may be subject to a mileage surcharge consistent with the current year’s standard IRS reimbursement rate.
What if I need something not listed?
As long as it’s ethical, lawful, and life and limb are not at risk, we will accommodate your request. The only exceptions are services for which DONE AND DONE is not insured or licensed to operate/perform, e.g. some transportation services, childcare, medical assistance, etc.
How much does the service cost?
Many services have a fixed fee and special packages offer discounted fees (see pricing menu). An a la carte hourly fee of $30 is designed for the occasional user. For on-going or long-term services, we are happy to customize a program that meets your needs and your budget.
Is there a minimum service charge?
Yes, there is a one-hour service charge for each 24-hour period. After that, additional service hours are billed in half-hour increments. For DONE AND DONE’s Preferred Priority clients, the one-hour minimum is waived in addition to any fuel charges.
When do I begin getting charged for service?
For most services, the clock starts when your service begins (at your address or point of service, e.g. grocery store parking lot) and ends when your request has been completed or delivered. Many services have a maximum fee, so you will not be charged for unavoidable circumstances such as traffic delays.
How do you manage shopping expenses?
Payments for third-party services and retail expenses are the responsibility of the client. Expenses anticipated to be less than $100, will be covered by DONE AND DONE with full reimbursement expected at time of delivery or close of service. Frequent clients are encouraged to set up a concierge account.
Is my personal information secure with DONE AND DONE?
Client privacy and customer confidentiality are maintained to the highest of standards. We do not trade, sell, or share your information with advertisers or unaffiliated third parties.
What if my request does not fit within the scope services DONE AND DONE offers?
DONE AND DONE is committed to achieving your goals. If we do not provide the service, we guarantee your satisfaction with our business referral service, completely researched and vetted; and often recommended by our savvy DONE AND DONE clients.
